At Classtrend, we aim to provide a smooth and customer-friendly shopping experience. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange-only policy. You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

A delivery charge of ₹200 per item will be applied and must be paid through online payment methods only. (We do not accept Cash on Delivery for exchange fees.)

Only size exchanges are allowed.

You may exchange your item with any available product from our store, subject to stock availability.

Hygiene Clause: Exchanges will not be accepted if the item appears worn, washed, or soiled.
- Some of our collections, like Buy 2 Get 1 Free, are not available for exchange.

Important Guidelines

A 360-degree parcel opening video is required at the time of unboxing to process any complaints related to damage, defects, or incorrect items.

No exchange or complaint will be accepted without this video.

Once your returned item is Delivered Back and passes our quality check, your replacement item will be shipped.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will be asked to ship the item back to us. The return address will match the one on your Label/invoice.

If a scheduled pickup is missed or canceled, the customer is responsible for sending the item to us via courier.
Refunds
We only process refunds in special cases such as damaged or incorrect items, and only after approval from our team.

Refunds will be issued within 3–4 business days after the returned item reaches us and passes inspection.

Refunds are processed to your Bank / UPI / Wallet / OR [ original method of payment. ( only Prepaid Orders ) ]
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

In their original condition and packaging
We reserve the right to reject returns if the product shows any signs of use, damage, or tampering.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 8866623386 with a 360-degree unboxing video. We cannot process complaints without this video.
Important Note – Partial COD Advance
- If you selected Partial Cash on Delivery, the advance amount (e.g., ₹99) paid to confirm your order is non-refundable under any circumstances — including cancellation, rejection at delivery, or failed delivery attempts.
- This policy is in place to reduce fake orders and streamline delivery operations.
